Mill City Red

  • ⅓ cup honey

  • ⅓ cup soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoons Mill City Red

  • 3 cloves minced garlic

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 4 salmon fillets

  • 2 teaspoons olive oil

  • Salt and pepper

  1. Combine Mill City Red, honey, soy sauce, garlic, and lemon juice in bowl and mix together to make marinade

  2. Salt and pepper both sides of salmon fillets, and then brush both sides with half of the amount of the marinade

  3. Heat a pan of oil on medium/high. Once hot, turn burner to medium and place salmon fillets side down

  4. Cook for 6 minutes, then flip fillets. Add more oil if needed and cook for another 6 minutes or until fillets are soft and flaked

  5. Remove the salmon from the pan to a serving plate and cover with foil. Add the remaining half of the marinade to the pan, cooking on medium heat and stirring until it is reduced to a thickened glaze

  6. Pour the glaze over the salmon fillets and serve
