Job: Digital Media Manager Internship

Craic Sauce is looking for an entrepreneurial digital media leader to add more authenticity and behind the scenes action to our brand.


In this internship, you will be growing our digital media strategy and portfolio. You will also be part of a tight-knit craic crew. You will be making the sauce once per week, owning a farmers market, and folding the occasional gift box in our office and tasting room.


You will also have the space and time for 60% of your job to create compelling images, designs and videos. 


Digital Media Manager responsibilities include:


  • Translate ideas and creative briefs into engaging visual presentation and design materials through photography and videography. 

  • Ideate, draft and execute creating short videos

  • Ideate and collaborate with team members to create creative materials in print and online.

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, research and other activities that support creative concept development 

  • Designing and implementing playbooks and procedures for future team members creating videos.


All Summer Interns will:

  • Cook up the best hot sauce east of the Mississippi under the supervision of the Executive Chef in Craic Sauce’s commercial kitchen in Lowell, Mass.

  • Represent Craic Sauce at a weekly farmers market, educating potential customers about the flavor of hot sauces and how we make the hot sauces with produce from local farms. 


You May:


  • Have experience managing projects and meeting deadlines,

  • Have experience using Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Canva, and video editing software.

  • Have experience building a social media following on TikTok, Instagram, Snap and YouTube.

  • Have a passion for food and local agriculture and business

  • Have a solid understanding of photography, digital imaging, design, layout and printing

  • Have a solid understanding of typography, color, composition, and how these elements work together to design solutions

  • Have experience with web design using HTML/CSS (nice to have)

  • Be organized with an eye for detail and ability to execute on feedback. 

  • Be a team player with an ability to work independently



Location and Wage Information:


This internship is located in Lowell, Massachusetts from mid May to late August. 


This is a paid internship at $15 per hour with interns working five days per week.


Transportation and a driver's license is required.
